Shape the Future of Shopping

Founded by friends in 2015, shopreme has become the leading Scan & Go solution provider working with large and well-known retailers such as Auchan, BILLA, Douglas, PENNY, REWE, ROSSMANN, and others.

Based in the center of Graz, we innovate how people shop in stores around the world. With our international team, we help retailers create excellent shopping experiences, not queues.

Smartphones with shopreme Scan & Go: scan a product, pay in the app, and leave the store.

We Are Hiring

Found a job you like?
Just drop us an email why you want to work for us.
We also take internships and work diplomas.

Four Easy Steps to
Your New Job

01.

Application

You found a job you're interested in or want to apply on your own initiative? Great! Send us your application to jobs@shopreme.com, including your CV, why you want to work for us, and, ideally, examples of your previous work. We will then contact you to organize all further steps.

02.

First Interview

The first job interview is an opportunity to get to know each other a little better. We will present our company and projects and are excited to learn about you and your work experience.

03.

Second Interview

We have learned that some people would rather let their actions speak than make big words. To offer all future team members the same opportunities, a practical task is part of our second application stage. For developers, this is a coding example. It will take no longer than two to three hours to complete and you will have about a week to finish it. In the second interview, we will give you feedback and the chance to explain your thought process and implementation steps.

04.

Third Interview

The third interview rounds off our application process. You will get to know our CEOs, possibly have another technical discussion, and we will negotiate all the details with you.

Our Benefits

Optimal Working Conditions

Our top priority is that you feel comfortable with us and have the best working conditions possible. State-of-the-art workstations, two or more large monitors, and height-adjustable desks are part of our basic equipment. Would you rather sit on a stool or a ball? The choice is yours! You can also choose your peripherals and your preferred operating system.

Team Spirit

Gaming nights, coding dojos, Friday projects, joint sports activities, and regular BBQs on our terrace are an integral part of our daily routine. We are convinced that joint activities not only promote team spirit but are also just fun – and that’s equally important.

Location

Our office is located in the heart of Graz with an ideal connection to public transport. Despite the central location, we have a cozy terrace overlooking the backyard. That’s where we like to spend our breaks together and celebrate occasional parties…

Flat Hierarchies

shopreme was founded by friends – and that reflects in our company culture. We live flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes. Every team member is encouraged to contribute their opinion and, thus, help shape shopreme.

Snacks

Whether it’s coffee, delicious soft drinks, fresh organic fruit, granola, sweets, or ice cream – you will always find what you are looking for in our kitchen. On top, we offer you an extensive team breakfast every Monday and, once a month, order lunch for the entire shopreme team.

International

Our working language is English in many areas. Not only because it’s particularly suitable for programming, but also because we have many team members from all around the world. For your relocation to Graz, we offer you a carefree package: we take care of your work permit, the flight, and the apartment search. So – pack your bags and let’s go.
